Accommodation at the Château

We are excited to offer on-site accommodations at the Chateau Le Chereau. Please note that overnight stays on the property are limited, so we encourage you to book early to secure your reservation.

Room Assignments: Couples will be assigned to rooms together, and single guests will be paired with familiar companions. Rest assured, no one will be assigned to room with a stranger.

The region offers a variety of activities to enhance your stay:

• Wine Tasting Tours: Discover local vineyards with tours priced around €50 per person.

• Historical Site Visits: Visit nearby castles and museums, with entry fees ranging from €10+

• Outdoor Activities: Enjoy hiking and cycling through the scenic countryside, with equipment rentals available for approximately €15 per day.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Deposit and Payment Plans:

    • A $125 reservation deposit is required to secure your reservation. This deposit will be applied toward the total reservation fee.

  2. Payment Options:

    • Option 1: The Effortless Prestige Selection – Pay the entire $451 upfront at the time of reservation.

    • Option 2: Elegance in Two Phases – Pay a non-refundable initial deposit of $125, followed by a second payment of $163, due 30 days after the initial deposit, and another $163, due 60 days after the initial deposit.

    • Option 3: The Refined Six-Month Journey – Pay a non-refundable initial deposit of $125, followed by six monthly installments of $55 each. 

    • Option 4: The Opulent Ten-Month Approach – Pay a non-refundable initial deposit of $125, followed by ten monthly installments of $35 each.

  3. Cancellation Policy:

    • We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and should you find yourself unable to attend, we kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible at vonlawwedding@gmail.com

    • Due to the exclusivity of this event and the commitments made on behalf of each honored guest, the initial reservation fee of $125 is non-refundable.

  4. Refunds and Transfers:

    • All reservations are uniquely curated for each guest and, as such, are non-transferable to another individual. The arrangements made are crafted with care to provide an intimate, seamless experience for those confirmed.

  5. Fulfillment & Final Confirmation:

    • Each contribution arrangement must be completed within its designated timeframe. Please ensure that your selected arrangement is fulfilled on time, as incomplete contributions may result in the forfeiture of your reserved place, with the $125 reservation fee being non-refundable.

    • We deeply appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we craft an unforgettable experience set against the stunning backdrop of France’s wine country.

  6. Agreement:

    • By making the reservation and submitting the deposit, you agree to these terms and conditions.
